[COMMENTARY] ExxonMobil is being sued for knowing about the detrimental environmental effects of fossil fuels as far back as the 1970s. Yet saying for many years there was no significant problem. So, in this survey two-thirds of companies are worried about the legal implications of what they say and do! This means environmental commitments, such as attaining net-zero by 2050, could disappear soon.
