FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Promoting June 19, 2004 Workshop. (Limited distribution)

Empowering Spiritually & Ecologically Oriented Investors

Toronto, Ontario -- Investors everywhere want a better world, but have great difficulty in discovering how to invest in ways that help to create it. Now, on June 19, in Toronto, Investing for the Soul offers a first-of-a-kind workshop that solves this problem. It gives investors the chance to peer into the future economy, revealing industries that reflect higher human values. These are industries that they may bring to the attention of their investment advisor for inclusion in their portfolio.

This workshop, "Envisioning the Future for Profit and Fulfillment," also provides investors with some unique tools. These tools will help them to define and apply their specific spiritual, ecological and other cherished values to investing decisions. By the end of this six-hour workshop, participants have created a 'big vision' investment strategy that incorporates their highest values. They are now prepared to make a real contribution to the creation of a better world.

It’s the enthusiasm of course participants in earlier pilots of this workshop that has led to it being offered today for North American investors. Marsha Lecour, an educator, writes, "This was the first workshop that I have attended that has provided me with a basis of investing financially for the soul -- this is a very timely workshop."

Studies in the United States by MMA Praxis and from GlobeScan in Canada, show that at least half of all investors want their portfolios to reflect their personal values. Yet, most investment advisors and financial planners are ill-equipped to engage their clients in such discussions.

Frank Miotto, a successful financial advisor in Toronto, has this to say about our workshop and its benefits for his profession, "Great topic. Very useful for people in my industry and investors alike. Great discussions and sharing of ideas ... a topic not followed enough in our industry."

The workshop is on Saturday, June 19, 9:30am to 4:30pm, at the Novotel Toronto North York Hotel, 3 Park Home Avenue (at Yonge Street), North York, Ontario, Canada. Fee: CDN$99.00 (plus GST). Early registration fee of CDN$79.00 (plus GST). Apply at http://investingforthesoul.com

Investing for the Soul was founded by Ron Robins on May 4, 2003, in Toronto, Ontario. It has run four successful pilots of this workshop in the past year. Two additional workshops are in preparation. They are "Successful Investing Demands Higher Spiritual Consciousness," and "Finding Investments for Superior Profits." Mr. Robins is also working on a book with the title, "Investing for the Soul: Investing for Superior Profits and Spiritual Fulfillment."
